We love designing and creating products for you and, we hope that you love wearing your Bec Boyle garments around town – but – if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied and totally head over heels in love with your purchase, we have a returns policy in place.
Bec Boyle will provide a full refund or online credit for all FULL PRICED items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
All original tags, ticketing, packaging must remain attached
Garment(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
If the garments(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued
Proof of purchase is required to clearly state the item/s were purchased from becboyle.com
Your Return must include your Returns Form, including a Returns Number that can be obtained by our Customer Care Team
IMPORTANT - Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of the garment being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Team via our Live Chat, or email email@example.com if you have concerns about sizing etc.
Any items returned outside the 14-day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, pulls or tears will not be accepted for return. Bec Boyle reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions. In the event that a return has been rejected, the garment(s) will be returned to sender.
* Returns or Exchanges on Face masks will not be accepted due to safety and hygiene reasons.
HOW TO RETURN:
Contact our Customer Care Team via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your Returns Form and Number. You will be required to provide your name, order number and item(s) that you wish to return
Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Care Team on how to return your item(s)
Please complete the returns form accordingly and remember to include your form with your return
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Bec Boyle will NOT be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely. Bec Boyle does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items are at the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned via the original payment method that was used for the original transaction.
Please note Bec Boyle does not offer direct exchanges and if you would like to purchase a new garment, you will be provided with an online credit to make a new purchase and order.
